The spiral staircase is a classic type of staircase made in everything from cast iron to plastic. Our model Swing is made of wood and usually has stainless steel railing posts. Even the load-bearing part of the center pillar is made of steel. What sets our spiral staircase apart from many others is the continuous handrail in solid wood that emphasizes the round shape. Note that a spiral staircase takes quite a lot of space if it is to be pedestrian-friendly.
